Gerry Anderson's Firestorm.

A few years ago I was asked to make a few models for a promo short for Firestorm. The first was a small sentry drone.

I was asked to make several, hero and pyro versions. These are older versions as they wanted to add Gatling guns.

I could make up what I wanted and so emptied out my parts boxes and started fitting shapes to an image in my head. Everything had to be cast to make multiples.

I used several old kits simply because I liked the shapes and went with them.

After a while I had trays of parts to assemble.

The Gatling guns were made out of brass tube with small motors to rotate them. These things are tiny so not much room to play.

What they did with my models.

The other model made was for a very quick shot at the start and was an old model re-worked and re-painted.
